Job summary

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in strategic planning, HR strategy, talent management or organizational design.
  • Experience in workforce planning across multiple divisions in a large organization.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning technologies and data interpretation.
  • Strong ability to translate analytics into actionable insights for executives.
  • Ability to assess workforce cost, capacity, and delivery tradeoffs in constrained environments.
  • Proven success in regulated or risk-aware settings (finance, government-adjacent, etc.).
  • Experience partnering with senior executives across divisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Financial and business acumen.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead an enterprise-ready strategic workforce planning framework.
  • Act as a strategic partner to HR and senior leaders, assessing needs and co-developing plans.
  • Influence executives and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce strategies with goals.
  • Facilitate workforce planning sessions and executive forums.
  • Analyze workforce data, labor market trends, and forecasts to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with finance to align budgeting and forecasting, and deploy resources.
  • Work with internal analytics teams to support planning and decisions.
  • Translate analyses into narratives and executive materials for action.
  • Integrate workforce insights into talent acquisition, development, and HR strategy.
