Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate real estate or related field.
• Experience leading enterprise-level portfolio strategy and planning functions.
• Deep expertise in location strategy, capacity modeling, and portfolio optimization.
• Strong financial acumen including capital planning and lease analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
