• 8+ years of experience in corporate real estate or portfolio strategy.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-level portfolio strategy and planning functions.
• Experience repositioning real estate assets including sale/purchase with knowledge of development, zoning, permitting, and legal requirements.
• Deep expertise in location strategy, capacity modeling, and portfolio optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a long-term corporate real estate portfolio roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Lead market analysis, site selection, and geographic optimization for location strategy.
• Define and execute asset-level strategies across owned and leased properties.
• Monitor market trends and benchmark portfolio performance to inform decisions.
• Oversee lease administration, critical date management, and negotiations with Legal and external partners.
