Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads the analytics behind staffing initiatives and help develop strategies that align to the company's priorities.
• Provides recaps and actionable recommendations and directional leadership to improve results.
• Evaluates effectiveness of strategies and identifies staffing opportunities/challenges to maximize sales and profit.
• Publishes and maintains select monthly reporting.
• Develops improved reporting and analytical tools for expense and staffing management.
• Participates in Annual/Seasonal Staff Planning process and helps develop store staffing plans for all areas.
• Forecasts and budgets weekly hours for schedule generation to support in-store events and maximize coverage.
• Monitors Store Hours platform and recommends hours to maximize productivity and payroll.
