Job summary

Delta Faucet Company seeks a Workforce Planning Analyst (contract) to partner with Finance and HR leadership to govern salaried headcount, track positions, contractor usage, and align plans with budgets and forecasts. This role also supports multi-site manufacturing workforce planning across hourly populations and will help build analytical models for staffing scenarios.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS systems to execute & maintain employee transactions.
• Working with large workforce datasets to provide insights & recommendations.
• Strong Excel skills to build analytical tools.
• Communication skills with ability to influence others and achieve alignment.
• Understanding of HR policies, legal compliance and workforce planning activities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and HR leadership to manage salaried headcount governance.
• Create/update analytical workforce planning models for staffing scenarios.
• Collaborate with HR, legal & other leaders to identify risks and staffing implications.
• Recommend HRIS updates based on organization changes including compensation.
