Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic employer relationships with employers, associations, and workforce partners.
• Conduct outreach to understand current and emerging workforce needs and credential requirements.
• Represent the College at industry meetings and events to advance partnerships.
• Coordinate with Academic Affairs to develop education/training opportunities and credentials.
• Monitor industry trends and synthesize feedback to inform program planning.
