The position collaborates with Academic Affairs, Enrollment Management, Marketing, and Development to translate workforce needs into programs and pathways that support student growth and institutional objectives.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible experience in workforce development or employer engagement.
• Experience developing and maintaining relationships with employers or external stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating projects or partnerships with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to translate employer needs into educational opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with employers, industry associations, and workforce partners.
• Conduct regular outreach to understand workforce needs, credential requirements, and employee development priorities.
• Represent the College at industry meetings and workforce events to gather market insights.
• Collaborate with Academic Affairs to identify opportunities for program development and partnerships.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Development, Career Services, and other departments on partnership initiatives.
• Track status and outcomes of employer partnerships and ongoing initiatives.
• Provide periodic reports and recommendations regarding workforce needs.
