Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in workforce operations or related roles.
• Experience supporting frontline or field-based workforces preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own workforce lifecycle programs for onboarding, readiness, transition, and offboarding for Field and Supply Chain roles.
• Coordinate across stakeholders involved in lifecycle processes.
• Monitor lifecycle touchpoints to ensure consistent execution and readiness.
• Identify barriers, delays, and gaps impacting productivity and experience.
• Drive governance and continuous improvement across lifecycle initiatives.
