Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Workforce Health Consultant I (Associate) in Pasadena to support engagement and workforce health initiatives for employers, brokers, and internal stakeholders. You will coordinate programs, communications, reporting, and service delivery to ensure a consistent customer experience and help achieve growth and retention objectives.

Qualifications

60 credits towards a Bachelor’s degree or minimum one year experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations, or a directly related field.
Experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations, or related field.
Ability to coordinate programs and reports, and engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Pursues effective relationships with others by sharing information with coworkers and members.
Completes routine work assignments by following procedures and using data with oversight; communicates progress.
Builds rapport and partnerships with stakeholder teams, third party vendors, and senior management; coordinates deliverables.
Assists in developing and documenting business requirements and potential solutions.
Supports strategic planning and prioritization of business initiatives with measurable results.
