Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Workforce Health Consultant II (senior associate) to manage employer group portfolios and advance workforce health strategies that drive client satisfaction, growth, and retention. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or minimum three (3) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or related field.
KSAs include Creativity, Applied Data Analysis, Conflict Resolution, and Service Focus.

Responsibilities

Build and sustain effective relationships by sharing resources and knowledge; listen, respond to feedback, and adapt to change.
Collaborate to solve business problems, escalate risks when needed, and deliver on priorities with limited guidance.
Coordinate stakeholder inputs and manage project plans, schedules, and resource forecasting.
Analyze data to support business initiatives and assess performance against targets.
Support change management activities and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
