Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Workforce Development Program Manager in Illinois to partner with internal and external teams. You will oversee program design, enrollment, and measurement of outcomes, while coordinating with colleges and vendors.

Strong budgeting, data analysis, and stakeholder communication are essential to drive retention and advancement. You will lead development initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and ensure timely payments and compliant processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level education aligned with finance, accounting, business or HR.
5+ years in career program management or similar banking context.
Experience building structured development programs aligned with strategy.
Strong planning, organization and attention to detail in fast-paced settings.
Excellent communication with students, colleagues and executives.

Responsibilities

Act as business partner to internal and external partners on programs.
Market, recruit, and enroll participants in programs.
Coordinate sessions with schools, design applications, and manage selection/acceptance.
Monitor program success and showcase results to executives.
Manage budgets and ensure enrollment stays within budget.
Coordinate timely payments with colleges.
Administer programs and resolve questions or exceptions per charters.
