Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a Manager of Workforce Development & Strategic Partnerships to lead transformative initiatives across the Adult Rehabilitation Centers, creating sustainable career pathways that extend our ministry beyond graduation and into lifelong success.

You will build employer partnerships, oversee training and placement programs, and secure funding across 18 ARC locations in the Western Territory, reporting to the Director of Strategic Projects while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred; may be substituted with experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional related work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and donor database software.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an employer engagement strategy across the Western Territory.
• Establish long-term partnerships with employers, industry bodies, and educational institutions.
• Lead workforce funding strategies including grants and foundations.
• Implement workforce initiatives across ARC locations with standard plans.
• Coordinate graduate placement, referrals, and employer hiring pipelines.
• Track outcomes and reporting to partners and funders.
• Provide leadership and collaboration with local Officers and staff.
