The Salvation Army is seeking a Manager of Workforce Development & Strategic Partnerships in Carson, CA. This role leads transformative workforce initiatives across Adult Rehabilitation Centers, creating sustainable career pathways and partnerships with employers, education providers, and foundations.

You will drive grant-funded programs and oversee collaboration across territories to sustain recovery through meaningful employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional related work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and donor database software.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Possess a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce development initiatives across participating ARC locations.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with employers, foundations, and government.
• Secure grants and manage funding opportunities.
• Coordinate training programs with educational partners and workforce boards.
• Monitor program outcomes and reporting to ensure accountability.
• Promote employment retention and long-term career advancement for graduates.
