Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst / Methodologist to design, implement, and analyze workforce surveys and analytics for an Intelligence Community client. The role focuses on turning complex datasets into clear, actionable stories and dashboards for leadership.

Ideal candidates will translate data into workforce insights, work independently and with multidisciplinary teams, and leverage AI tools to enhance qualitative analysis.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s or higher in data analytics related field.
• 8+ years (Bachelor) / 6+ years (Master) / 13+ years (Associate) of advanced data analytics experience.
• Experience cleaning, preparing, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication, especially to senior stakeholders.
• Experience developing dashboards and executive visuals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customer stakeholders to identify business questions and survey strategies.
• Design, build, administer, and manage surveys using customer platforms.
• Plan and facilitate focus groups and analyze qualitative findings alongside survey results.
• Clean, organize, validate, and prepare data for analysis.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify meaningful trends and insights.
• Develop performance measures, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings.
• Collaborate with database developers, methodologists, and analytic team members to integrate data sources.
• Produce briefing materials and executive-level presentations with analytic findings.
• Leverage AI tools to analyze open-ended responses and identify themes.
• Support recurring survey programs and longitudinal analysis.
