Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Business Data Analyst / Methodologist to design, implement, and analyze workforce surveys and analytics for an Intelligence Community customer. You will partner with stakeholders to craft survey strategies, develop dashboards, and deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Ideal candidates translate complex datasets into clear narratives, work independently or with multidisciplinary teams, and use AI-enabled tools to analyze survey responses.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computational Social Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years of advanced data analytics experience (Bachelor's), 6+ years with Master’s, or 13+ years with Associate’s degree.
• Experience cleaning, preparing, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Experience identifying trends and translating data into actionable insights.
• Experience developing performance measures and executive dashboards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customer stakeholders to identify business questions and develop survey strategies.
• Design, build, administer, and manage surveys using customer platforms.
• Plan and facilitate focus groups and analyze qualitative findings alongside survey results.
• Clean, organize, validate, and prepare data for analysis.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings.
• Collaborate with database developers and other analysts to integrate data sources.
• Produce briefing materials and executive-level presentations of analytic findings.
• Leverage AI tools to analyze open-ended survey responses and identify themes.
• Support recurring survey programs and longitudinal analysis.
