Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst / Methodologist to support IC customers by designing, implementing, and analyzing workforce surveys and other analytics initiatives. You will partner with stakeholders to develop survey strategies and translate data into actionable insights that influence workforce strategy and mission outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• Degree in CS / Computational Social Science / Business Analytics / Data Analytics.
• Experience meeting one of the listed degree/experience combinations.
• Experience cleaning, preparing, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Experience identifying trends and translating data into insights.
• Experience developing performance measures and dashboards.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Preferred: Power BI, Tableau, SQL databases; experience with IC/workforce analytics.

Responsibilities

• Identify business questions with stakeholders and design survey strategies.
• Design, build, administer, and manage surveys using customer platforms.
• Plan focus groups and analyze qualitative findings with survey results.
• Clean, organize, validate, and prepare data for analysis.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to integrate data sources.
• Produce briefing materials and executive-level presentations.
• Leverage AI tools to analyze open-ended responses and identify themes.
• Support recurring survey programs and longitudinal analysis.
