Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working on cross functional projects in a consulting environment, tech company in strategy & operations or a startup environment.
• Background in commercial strategy, market access, or product/operational strategy within healthcare or life sciences, is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to execute with high bar and pace.
• Ability to lead multiple competing projects and work cross-functionally with stakeholders.
• MBA or background in strategic consulting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with Product and Operations to drive core offerings forward.
• Develop and drive initiatives to foster product innovation and operational efficiency.
• Hold P&L accountability for a set of accounts across the revenue funnel.
• Drive revenue by supporting Growth team through the end-to-end client acquisition cycle.
• Design and implement growth initiatives to increase awareness and loyalty across customers.
• Collaborate with analytics to design and disseminate reports for better data visibility.
• Partner with senior leaders across functions on high-visibility initiatives.
