Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in workforce analytics, workforce planning, business intelligence, strategy, human capital analytics, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting insights, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging workforce, business, and market data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
• Experience supporting workforce forecasting, scenario planning, capacity analysis, and talent strategy decisions.

Responsibilities

• Translate data into actionable workforce insights and recommendations for enterprise decisions.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Strategy, and business units to drive workforce planning and investment decisions.
• Communicate findings to senior leadership and influence strategic priorities.
• Support a culture of evidence-based decision-making across the organization.
