Job summary
Delta Solutions & Strategies seeks a Workforce Development Analyst to support Headquarters Department of the Air Force arms control workforce management and communications in the National Capital Region. The role involves recruitment, billet tracking, and development of personnel within the Treaty Compliance Officer workforce.
The ideal candidate will have Air Force manpower or force development experience and can translate workforce data into actionable reports and strategic communications for
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in workforce development, manpower, or management analysis.
- Experience with DoD manpower or force development processes preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide SME support for recruitment, management, and development of the Treaty Compliance Officer workforce.
- Track and manage arms control billets and analyze manpower requirements.
- Review Unit Manpower Documents and advise on staffing needs and transfers.
- Develop workforce status reports and briefings for stakeholders.
- Coordinate workforce development initiatives with AF/A1 and Major Commands.
