HCA Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Workflow Optimization Manager to identify and execute initiatives that boost operational efficiency in revenue cycle processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop business cases and drive automation solutions end-to-end.

The role requires a quantitative mindset, strong analytic and presentation skills, and experience with process redesign. This is a work-from-home position within 60 miles of an HCA hospital.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics/Analytics, Information Science, Engineering or similar field.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with RPA or Automation tools strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, written and presentation skills with quantitative analysis in revenue cycle.
• Six Sigma experience preferred.

• Shadow and learn revenue cycle functions to identify workflow enhancements.
• Develop, coordinate and follow through on team ideas and solutions.
• Assess complexity of business problems to determine effort for process design of automation engagements.
• Understand stakeholder roadmaps and provide automation solutions to achieve business goals.
• Develops and designs automations aimed at improving customer experience, reducing errors, expenses and increasing revenues.
• Conduct design study processes and support system redesign and business process reengineering.
• Write business cases regarding idea proposals.

This Work from Home position requires that you live and will perform the duties of the position within 60 miles of an HCA Healthcare Hospital (Our hospitals are located in the following states: FL, GA, ID, KS, KY, MO, NV, NH, NC, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA).

Job Summary and Qualifications

TheManager -Strategic WorkflowOptimizationwillbe a key player inidentifyingand executing initiatives that result in increased operationalefficiencies. From conceptualizing anddraftingtheinitialbusiness case to execution usingvarious methods.TheManagerwill collaboratewith stakeholderstoimproverevenue cycle workflow. TheManagerwill drive collaboration and consensus within the business to ensure that the end productattainshigh levels of adoption and acceptance. TheManagermusthave a quantitative mindsetandableto developmetricsdemonstratingimproved workflowfrom an end-to-end perspective.

In this role, you will:

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelor’s degreeinFinance, Accounting, Statistics/Analytics, Information Science,Engineeringor similar field of study. Equivalent work experience may substitute education requirement.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required, preferably with Parallon
• Hands-on experience with RPA or Automation tools strongly preferred
• Must have strong analytical, written, and presentation skills and the application of quantitative analysis techniques as applied in a revenue cycle environment
• Six Sigma experience preferred
• Experience within healthcare operations preferred
