Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic Workflow Analytics to drive end-to-end workflow improvements across the revenue cycle. The role emphasizes quantitative analysis, business case development, and cross‑functional collaboration with Site Leads, SMEs, and SSC teams.

The position focuses on identifying optimization opportunities, developing implementation plans, and ensuring high adoption of the final solutions within a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Statistics/Analytics, Information Science, Engineering or similar field of study
• Minimum of 5+ years relevant work experience required, preferably with Parallon
• Must have strong analytical, written, and presentation skills and the application of quantitative analysis techniques as applied in a revenue cycle environment
• Six Sigma experience preferred
• Experience within healthcare operations preferred

Responsibilities

• Shadow and learn various revenue cycle job functions in order to determine potential workflow enhancements
• Develop, coordinate and follow through on team ideas and solutions
• Conduct design study processes; conduct studies in support of system redesign and business process reengineering, improvement and management; develop implementation plans; and support the process of implementing and sustaining improvements
• Write business cases regarding idea proposals
• Assist with educational materials to communicate changes
• Map out current state and future state using software such as Visio
• Map out changes to workflow using products such as UI Path
• Serve as liaison between Site Lead, SMEs and SSC team members

This Work from Home position requires that you live and will perform the duties of the position within 60 miles of an HCA Healthcare Hospital (Our hospitals are located in the following states: FL, GA, ID, KS, KY, MO, NV, NH, NC, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA).

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Senior Manager - Strategic Workflow Analytics will be a key player in identifying and executing initiatives that result in increased operational efficiencies. From conceptualizing and drafting the initial business case to execution using various methods. This Senior Manager will be collaborating with stakeholders while improving revenue cycle workflow. The Senior Manager will drive collaboration and consensus within the business to ensure that the end product attains high levels of adoption and acceptance. The Senior Manager must have a quantitative mindset and be able to develop metrics demonstrating improved workflow from an end-to-end perspective.

In this role, you will:
