Job summary

Kainos in the United States seeks a Workday AMS HCM Lead Consultant (Talent & Learning) to lead ongoing support, configuration, and enhancement of Workday HCM solutions for our global clients. Specializing in Talent and Learning, you will serve as a subject matter expert within the AMS team and stay alert to upcoming Sana for Learning changes.

You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored, strategic solutions that align with evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Workday certification and/or significant hands-on experience configuring Talent and Learning.
• Solid understanding of related Workday functional areas beyond core specialty.
• Proven success in a client-facing consulting role or HRIS team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert configuration and support in Workday Talent & Learning.
• Act as primary client contact, building relationships and providing strategic advice.
• Advise on dependencies, cross-stream implications, and maintenance concerns.
• Own complex initiatives configuration and guide testing with clients.
• Mentor junior consultants and promote capability development.
• Manage priorities across multiple clients and communicate timelines.
• Suggest improvements to Workday configuration and user experience.
