Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to drive strategy and delivery excellence for HCM and PATTS Workday implementations across the Americas. You will partner with AMS, shape delivery governance, and mentor multi-disciplinary teams to achieve predictable outcomes.

The role emphasizes advisory capability, stakeholder communication, and scale across the US, Canada, and Latin America while maintaining a strong client experience."

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex HR and/or Workday-related implementations or programs.
• Strong consulting skills including facilitation, stakeholder communication, and problem solving.
• Experience with payroll compliance, scheduling standards, and multi-country considerations.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead delivery strategy across HCM and PATTS to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Provide strategic advisory and shape solution direction, risks, and design decisions.
• Promote standard delivery methodology for consistency and scalability across teams.
• Partner with cross-functional domains to ensure cohesive program execution.
• Align delivery with AMS for smooth handoffs and support models.
• Scale delivery across the Americas with consideration for regional nuances.
• Lead teams with coaching, capability growth, and long-term development.
