Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 6–8+ years in program management or related strategic roles.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional programs with high-visibility deadlines.
• Strong governance, operating cadences, and decision-making ability.
• CMS or website operations experience and web analytics.
• Exceptional organizational and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive OCI Website Migration to WSB including readiness and dependency management.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and maintain migration plan.
• Manage reversion and remigration paths for OCI pages.
• Establish page-owner coverage, governance, and adoption tracking.
• Create reporting cadences for migration status, risks, and decisions.
