Job summary

Serco is seeking a Weapons System Requirements Analyst to support the Navy's submarine programs, including the Columbia-class. The role demands rigorous technical analysis, coordination with NAVSEA and interagency teams, and delivery of high-quality analytic products and briefings for decision-makers.

Qualified candidates will possess a DoD Secret clearance eligibility, U.S. citizenship, and substantial SSBN MT experience (or equivalent) with strong MS Office proficiency and communication

Qualifications

• DoD clearance eligibility or ability to obtain it.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years SSBN MT experience OR HS diploma with 9 years of experience.
• Prior DASO and/or post SSBN ERO SITP experience.
• SP205 or SPP51 experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze military capabilities across disciplines to identify vulnerabilities and adversary opportunities.
• Participate in detailed test and evaluation planning meetings for Strike mission planning.
• Coordinate with OPTEVFOR/DOT&E stakeholders on Test & Evaluation Master Plan and Framework.
• Provide expert insight on submarine system specifications and architectural drawings.
• Lead preparation of developmental test summaries and objective analyses for program decisions.
• Interact with NAVSEA personnel and Navy stakeholders to review operating procedures and technical manuals.
