Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, MIS, Statistics or equivalent required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 5+ Years of investment guidance experience required.
• 5+ Years of sales achievement with high ethical standards required.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written, with clients and partners.
• Knowledge of a broad range of investments and insurance solutions.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 & 65) licenses required.
• State insurance licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Identify client financial needs and provide investment and insurance recommendations.
• Develop and deepen client relationships to grow assets under management.
• Achieve sales, revenue, asset growth, and client engagement goals.
• Conduct frequent client appointments in-person, virtual, and by phone.
• Maintain compliance with bank, broker/dealer, FINRA, state and federal regulations.
• Deliver comprehensive, needs-based financial planning and implement personalized investment strategies.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to generate referrals and new business opportunities.
• Manage an assigned book of business with ongoing guidance and client reviews.
