Job summary

Santander is seeking a Financial Advisor in Swampscott, MA to identify client financial needs and deliver investment and insurance recommendations through a needs-based planning approach. The role focuses on growing assets under management while meeting sales objectives, within regulated guidelines.

Ideal candidates will have NASD licenses (Series 7, 66/63&65) and state insurance licenses, plus 5+ years of experience in investment guidance and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in finance-related fields is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify client financial needs and investment objectives.
• Deliver investment and insurance recommendations compliant with regulatory standards.
• Conduct client appointments via in-person, virtual, and phone channels to assess needs.
• Grow assets under management through proactive relationship management and reviews.
• Develop new client relationships with branch leadership and licensed personnel.
• Provide comprehensive, needs-based financial planning aligned to client goals and risk tolerance.
• Recommend multi-product solutions across investment and insurance offerings.
• Maintain compliance with FINRA, state and federal regulations and Santander policies.
• Complete required training, licensing, and ongoing education.
