Job summary
Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking a Lead Reliability Engineer for Water Chemistry to act as the technical authority across the fleet, translating water data into binding dosing architectures and vendor protocols to prevent reliability risks and enterprise SLA failures.
Based in our Phoenix, AZ campuses, you will lead forensic analyses during critical incidents, govern third‑party water treatment vendors, review capital designs for corrosion protection, and partner with the Advanced Cooling
Qualifications
- 8+ years in industrial water treatment or related environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong understanding of cooling systems and corrosion control.
Responsibilities
- Lead forensic data analysis during fleet incidents and contribute to RCA.
- Govern third-party water treatment vendors and enforce program requirements.
- Review designs and issue change orders for corrosion protection.
- Conduct fleet-wide audits of water chemistry parameters.
- Collaborate with the Advanced Cooling Lab to test new formulations.
