Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years in transportation, construction and/or waste services.
• Minimum five years of diverse management experience.
• Proficiency in using computer software applications (MS Office, Outlook) to record, analyze, report and share information.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of transportation, hauling and support operations, ensuring superior customer service and hauling of refuse without contamination of air, land or water.
• Forms, manages and monitors operating metrics while diagnosing and improving processes, procedures and performance.
• Participates in development of divisional/district operational budgets and follows best practices in measuring and monitoring.
• Ensures thorough root cause investigations for all incidents/injuries and follows up with needed training, discipline, retraining, reporting.
