Job summary

FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to review SAP transaction data, coordinate with the warehouse team, and oversee deliveries to ensure customer expectations are met. The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, independent issue resolution, and effective communication with leadership.

The position requires 3+ years in warehouse operations, knowledge of inventory management practices, and proficiency with SAP LES/WMS or similar ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or comparable experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of inventory management practices in a distribution environment.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• SAP LES, WMS or other ERP WH systems.
• Problem solving.
• Physical inventory control including cycle counting and physical inventories.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft office products.

Responsibilities

• Complies with safety policies and procedures.
• Monitors warehouse order flow within SAP and communicates to leadership as needed.
• Releases all deliveries, while effectively communicating to leadership team as needed.
• Frequent contact with customer service to provide immediate access to warehouses and meet customer expectations.
• Constant communication with carrier network.
• Monitor and close all manual deliveries including international, will-call, and shipments not confirmed by system.
• Daily/hourly review of key SAP transactions and report issues to supervisor/manager.
• Prepares documents in accordance with applicable policy and procedures.
• Frequent activity within warehouse operations including product validation (QC), paperwork verification, and lifting of product when applicable.
• Keeps work areas clean and organized.
