Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator II to develop and maintain integrated production planning and scheduling for materials to meet supply targets. You will coordinate material buying and track production consumption in our ERP/MRP environment.

You will collaborate across Manufacturing, QA/QC, and Warehousing to ensure material availability, optimize inventory levels, and drive on‑time delivery while supporting continuous improvement in planning processes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 5+ years related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in planning/scheduling, materials management, purchasing, or project management.
• Master’s degree with no previous experience.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports material plans to enable the manufacturing plan.
• Maintains adequate material levels to support production.
• Uses MPS tools to track metrics like on-time delivery.
• Buys materials to meet supply targets and adheres to inventory objectives.
• Collaborates with ERP, MRPs, and QA/QC to ensure material availability.
• Represents at meetings to align materials with client expectations.
