Job summary

FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to review SAP data, coordinate with warehouse teams, and support smooth operations. The role emphasizes independent problem solving and proactive communication with supervisors.

The position requires hands-on involvement in warehouse activities, documentation, and daily SAP reviews, with a 1st shift from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm in Greenwood, SC area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse operations or similar experience.
• Inventory management in a distribution environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with SAP LES or similar ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor SAP order flow and inform leadership.
• Release deliveries and notify leadership as needed.
• Maintain proactive communication with customer service to speed warehouse access.
• Communicate with carrier network via email/phone.
• Close all manual deliveries including international and will-call.
• Review SAP transactions daily/hourly and flag issues.
• Prepare documents per policies and procedures.
• Participate in warehouse tasks like QC, paperwork, and lifting.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
