Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking a Warehouse Operations & Systems Manager in Nevada to oversee data systems for F&B ordering, receiving, storage, and inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The role involves SOP development, PAR level management, and cost control across multiple outlets in a Casino Hotel Resort setting.

The candidate will supervise staff, maintain vendor pricing and item data, and drive improvements in warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word is required.
• Proficiency in Food Trak, Agilysys, Excel Data Entry, and Integrated Casino ERPs for Chain Management preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse concepts: ordering, receiving, data entry, administration, operations, compliance, organization.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of leading by example to develop a pleasant and professional team environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a deadline-based construct.

Responsibilities

• F&B systems administration: monitor and create SOPs for Warehouse F&B orders, supplies and inventories using Warehouse Systems.
• PAR level management: configure and monitor PAR levels.
• COGS: maintain and audit item master data, units-of-measure and price tracking for cost variances.
• Ordering: use Food Trak and vendor platforms to place and monitor F&B orders for pricing and quality.
• Receiving: ensure items inspected for accuracy and damage.
• Storage: oversee safe and correct storage per specs and SOPs/Regulations.
• Requisitions: ensure workflows are filled and delivered timely.
• Returns: oversee return documentation and credit processes for damaged or incorrect items.
• Inventory: assist Month End F&B inventory across all storage areas.
• Regulatory compliance: ensure adherence to SNHD, OSHA, HACCP regulations.
• Asset security: maintain high-security inventory controls.
• Special projects: manage construction item orders with senior management approvals.
