The Kroger Co. in Houston, TX seeks a Warehouse Production Supervisor to lead daily production activities in a fast-paced distribution center.

You will drive costs, progress for KPIs, and exemplify the company values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety for others. Responsibilities include planning budgets, supervising staff, ensuring safety and sanitation standards, maintaining high order accuracy, and coaching direct reports.

Competenze

• 3-7 years supervision experience in Distribution.
• Strong ability to manage staffing needs, training, evaluation and development.
• Leadership that promotes respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

• Oversee daily operations of production activities in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Plan and control operating costs and facility budgets.
