Kenco Group is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Operations Manager in Las Vegas to lead day-to-day facility operations, drive KPI achievement, and maintain inventory integrity. You will manage budgets, guide continuous improvement, and develop staff to ensure capable management succession.

The role requires a BA/BS and five years in warehousing or distribution with at least three years in a leadership capacity. Travel is moderate, with a focus on safety and efficiency across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college; and three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of five years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related required
• Minimum of three years leadership experience

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and KPI achievement
• Manage inventory integrity and budgeted financial results
• Develop staff and succession planning; supervise direct reports
• Collaborate with safety, HR, and engineering to promote productivity improvements
• Monitor and report on throughput, capacity planning, and financial metrics
• Hires and downsizes staff as needed and maintains productivity metrics
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and safety rules
