Job summary

Master Builders Solutions in Beachwood, OH is seeking a Manager, Warehouse Network Operations to lead the third-party warehouse network across North America. You will own the network, drive service levels, optimize costs, and partner with Procurement, Transportation, Manufacturing, Finance, Customer Care, and Sales to align inventory and network performance.

The role requires hands-on supply chain leadership, strong 3PL relationship management, analytical thinking, and a continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years of progressive warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain experience.
• Experience managing 3PL or external warehouse providers preferred.
• Working knowledge of inventory management, contracts, and operating costs.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel; SAP and Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with third-party warehouse providers, monitor service levels and KPIs, lead business reviews, and resolve issues.
• Evaluate warehouse locations, capacity, utilization, inventory positioning, and demand to support NA distribution network.
• Partner with Procurement on RFPs, pricing, contracts, and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Support inventory accuracy, replenishment, stock transfers, cycle counts, and product transitions.
• Review warehouse invoices and operating costs, resolve discrepancies, monitor budget, identify savings.
• Develop performance metrics and dashboards, analyze trends, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
