dormakaba is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Manager in Pennsylvania to lead material handling, shipping, receiving and cycle counting for on-time delivery. You will coach a team of 8–10, drive lean improvements, and implement robust inventory controls to achieve accuracy and efficiency.

A bachelor’s degree is required with 5+ years in related roles; CPIM and lean/Six Sigma are preferred. We offer a strong benefits package and opportunities for growth within a global access solutions provider.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related disciplines.
• 5+ years in manufacturing/distribution management and 5+ years of warehouse management experience.
• Preferred certifications and advanced degrees listed in the ad.

Responsibilities

• Lead material handling, shipping & receiving, and cycle counting teams to support daily production and customer requirements.
• Develop and coach a team of 8–10 and contingent staff in a safety-first culture.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean principles and dMS methodologies across material flow processes.
• Implement robust inventory controls and cycle counting programs for high accuracy.
