Responsibilities

• Strategically lead the plant's material handling, shipping & receiving, and cycle counting teams, ensuring seamless and accurate material flow to support daily production and customer requirements
• Develop, coach, and empower a team of 8-10 and contingent staff, fostering a high-performance, safety-first culture
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by integrating lean principles, dMS methodologies, and best practices across material flow processes
• Implement and sustain robust inventory control processes, leveraging cycle counting programs and systemic controls to achieve high levels of accuracy
