Job summary

Avtron Power Solutions, LLC. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations in Cleveland, OH. The role oversees receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping, driving efficiency, accuracy, and safety across the facility.

You will manage a team, implement best practices, and ensure OSHA compliance while maintaining high inventory accuracy and on-time shipments. A strong background in ERP/WMS and Lean practices is preferred.

Qualifications

5+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience.
3+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, shipping, receiving, and material handling processes.
Experience using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material handling, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.
Manage inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counting and inventory control procedures.
Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
