Job summary

Guardian Glass in DeWitt, IA is seeking a Logistics Operator (Shipping Operator) to join our logistics and distribution network. Qualifications

• Experience operating forklift or other lifting equipment.
• Experience working in a team and leading/training others.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely move product using ABV, forklift, or crane.
• Coordinate with drivers for dock appointments and update dock status.
• Complete shipping logs to ensure Bill of Lading accuracy and perform daily equipment inspections.
• Cross-train in shipping facets and pursue process improvements.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and contribute to safety initiatives.
