Job summary

Metronet is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead in Broken Arrow, OK to manage all logistics and warehouse processes for materials supporting our fiber networks. The role requires forklift experience, strong ownership, safety discipline, and the ability to lead a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities include inbound/outbound loadings, inventory controls, yard/setup, audits, and coordinating carriers and contractors.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED required; fiber optic materials experience is a plus.
• 5+ years in warehouse roles as technician/manager preferred.
• Proven zero-loss warehouse/yard experience.
• Proficient computer skills with MS Excel.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills and clear communication.
• Strong planning skills to boost efficiency.
• Ability to diagnose and maintain equipment.
• Experience with data entry and internal/external systems.
• Professional demeanor in a cross-functional team.
• Lift at least 50 lbs; operate forklift and pallet jack.
• Valid driver’s license; legal right to work in the U.S.
• Willing to work solo or in a team.
• Forklift certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe/clean warehouse per OSHA and policies.
• Track usage and coordinate orders to keep inventory healthy.
• Lead warehouse/yard setup and organization.
• Schedule inbound carrier appointments (FTL/LTL/Parcel).
• Receive and inspect inbound shipments for quantity/condition.
• Coordinate yard transfers and manage returned materials.
• Perform monthly inventory transfers and yard audits.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and safety compliance.
• Provide high-level service to internal/external partners.
• Load outbound shipments to contractors and associates.
• Maintain strong safety culture and training.
• All other duties as assigned.
