Job summary

Metronet is hiring a Warehouse Operations Lead in Broken Arrow, OK to manage logistics and warehouse processes for fiber materials. You will oversee receiving, picking, staging, yard management, and inventory control, including forklift operations and carrier loading.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED required; fiber communications experience a plus.
• 5+ years as Warehouse Technician/Manager preferred.
• Proven zero-loss warehouse/yard experience and strong inventory focus.
• Proficient MS Excel and data entry, cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate forklift safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe/clean work environment per OSHA and internal policies.
• Track material usage and coordinate orders to keep inventory healthy.
• Lead warehouse/yard setup, organize operations and scheduling for inbound
• Receive, verify inbound shipments, and coordinate yard transfers.
• Load outbound shipments to contractors/associates; monthly inventory audits.
• Identify hazards and promote a strong safety culture across teams.
