Great Plains Tribal Health in Rapid City, SD, seeks a Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, distribution, stocking, and property accountability across GPTLHB and OHC facilities.

Leading staff, coordinating purchasing for supplies, and working with vendors, you will ensure ERP inventory systems are optimized and compliant with audits and health procedures. This role supports clinic expansion and operational changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year supervisory/lead experience, or an associate degree with 3 years of related experience, or high school diploma with 5 years related experience.
• Two years of documented or verifiable supervisory, lead, or team oversight experience is required.
• Experience with ERP and inventory systems preferred; healthcare/tribal govt ops a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversees warehouse operations and personnel.
• Manages receiving, storage, distribution, and replenishment processes.
• Coordinates purchasing activities to support replenishment and par levels; collaborates with vendors to obtain quotes.
• Supports item standardization, product evaluation, and supply conversions with departments and committees.
• Develops inventory reports and performance metrics; ensures compliance with inventory management requirements.
