UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital in Longmont, CO is seeking a high-impact operations professional to manage daily inventory operations in the LPH Central Supply department. The role is full-time, on-site, with dayshift and 80 hours per pay period, reporting to the LPH Central Supply leadership.

Responsibilities include staff management, budgeting, vendor relations, and overseeing asset inventory for regional supply needs. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience.

• Bachelor's degree in related field.

Responsabilités

• Manages daily inventory operations for assigned region to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.
• Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management. Performs and/or manages scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
• Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and vendor relations.
• Manages product conversions including local stocking requests submission with distributors and vendors.
