Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Expertise in Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Security, Reporting).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Workday AMS specialists.
• Perform hands-on configuration across Workday HCM modules.
• Partner with HR, IT and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
