Job summary

Unison Risk Advisors seeks a Senior Vice President of Risk & Portfolio Analytics to lead the analytics function across the enterprise. You will own portfolio analytics, pricing discipline, and governance, collaborating with underwriting, finance, technology, and operations to align analytics with business strategy.

You will guide actuarial oversight, catastrophe modeling, BI, and portfolio management, while serving as a strategic advisor and hands-on leader in a transformative analytics program.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in insurance, reinsurance, MGA/MGU, or brokerage.
• ACAS/FCAS or equivalent actuarial progress preferred.
• ISO-based pricing methods and catastrophe modelling experience.
• Hands-on SQL, Python, Power BI or similar tools.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics function across enterprise MGAs and ownership of analytics strategy.
• Direct portfolio analytics, pricing, and risk insights; ensure governance and roadmap.
• Create and maintain dashboards, KPI reporting, and decision-support outputs.
• Partner with underwriting, finance, technology, and operations to integrate analytics.
