Qualifications

• Significant experience in insurance, reinsurance, MGA/MGU, or brokerage.
• Strong actuarial foundation; ACAS/FCAS progress preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO-based pricing methodologies and catastrophe modeling.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and BI tools.
• Proven leadership and ability to build teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise analytics function across all platform MGAs.
• Set analytics strategy, governance, and roadmap.
• Lead portfolio analytics, pricing, and risk insights decisions.
• Partner with underwriting, finance, tech, and capital stakeholders.
• Deliver deep-dive portfolio analyses and pricing assessments.
• Oversee catastrophe modeling workflows and exposure analytics.
• Design analytics processes and reporting structures.
• Produce management reports and ad hoc analytics.
• Drive automation and scalable analytics frameworks.
