Job summary

The University of Louisville seeks a strategic and influential leader to serve as its next Vice President for Risk, Audit & Compliance.

Reporting to the Executive Vice President for Legal, Governance and Enterprise Risk Management, this executive will serve as the University’s senior enterprise risk and compliance officer, providing leadership for Risk and Compliance, Audit Services, Athletic Compliance, and key institutional accountability functions.

Qualifications

• Leading and influencing at the senior level in risk, compliance, and governance.
• Experience in enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and audit oversight.
• Ability to partner with academic, administrative, research, healthcare, and athletics leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the University’s senior enterprise risk and compliance officer with accountability for risk, compliance, and investigations.
• Provide leadership for Audit Services, Athletic Compliance, and related governance functions.
• Collaborate to centralize and coordinate enterprise-wide risk management and compliance efforts.
