Job summary

Alma Lasers USA in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, seeks a Vice President of Operations to oversee service operations, warehouse logistics, and customer relations. This hybrid role is primarily on-site in Buffalo Grove with some Chicago downtown presence, reporting to the President, North America.

You will drive operational efficiency, expand service revenue, manage a 25-person team, coordinate with global HQ, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive contracts and maintenance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Extensive experience in medical devices industry and regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service operations, warehouse logistics, and customer relations.
• Manage warehouse logistics and distribution across North America.
• Lead customer relations and call center to improve response times and satisfaction.
• Implement proactive service contracts to increase uptake and loyalty.
• Drive service revenue growth by optimizing contracts and processes.
