The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years in customer service, and 1+ year of supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of supervising or leading a customer service or client relations team with coaching duties.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex customer issues and guide team to resolution.
• Lead daily operations of the Client Relations team, ensuring service levels and response times.
• Monitor tickets, RMAs, service orders and customer cases to drive timely closure.
• Provide performance coaching, feedback, and training to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Manage customer escalations while protecting company interests and maintaining service quality.
